• 0.5 ripe avocado mashed
• 2 Tablespoons cooked, mashed and cooled carrot
• 1 Tablespoon olive oil (more oil may be added for dryer skin)
• A few drops of lemon juice
Directions: Mix all ingredients together and rub onto face in circular motions. Leave on for 15 minutes. Follow with a warm water rinse, then a cool rinse and pat dry.
Tip: Carrots with their high content of antioxidants provides anti-aging benefits. A mashed carrot mask may also be used on its own.

• ¼ cup cocoa butter

Directions: Melt almond oil and cocoa butter together over low heat in a saucepan. Remove from heat and blend mixture while adding the aloe juice very slowly. Continue blending then allow to cool for ten minutes before adding essential oil. Blend again until the texture is smooth and even. Pour into jar of your choice and use liberally. Shelf life is about a month, so smaller batches may be desirable.
